MIL harnesses and wire connection with various technologies: insulating perforation, welding, crimping, termi point, wire wrap, plug for phone/data lines (RJ11, RJ45, ...)
Supply of seamed electrical cabling with semi-automatic machines
Machining on special plates for telecommunications and multipolar, coaxial and shielded cables
Assembly of THT printed circuits with wave or manual welding (if required in compliance with ROHS directive)
Design and construction of electrical control panels. Identification of conductors by plotter labels, film labels or heat-shrinkable marked tubes

ensures that all assembled material is inspected according to internal control procedures
realizes the assembly of printed circuits with 100% visual inspectio, verification of the exact polarity and accurate control of the welds by optical viewers or micro-camera systems

feasibility of instrumental tests such as resistive measurements with milliohmeter, capacitive, inductive and insulation test from 0.5 to 4 KV
