Cilli performs assembly of traditional printed circuit boards with both wave solder and hand solder (if required ROHS compliant).
Thanks to the experience gained in over thirty years of listening to the needs of its customers, Cilli works in the assembly, installation and welding of single printed circuit boards THT or bolt hole and complex electronic boards mixed-THT SMT. PCBs are generally wave soldered: You can still have hand soldering of SMD components as well as the rework / reworking of SMT boards.
It’s also be able to create prototypes of electronic boards, starting from the specifications defined by its customers.
After completing the assembly there is a 100% visual inspection of the insertion of components with verification of the exact polarity and accurate control of welds with optical viewers or micro-camera systems.
