With many years of experience, the staff Cilli is able to take care of the design and construction of equipment and electrical boards of distribution and automation, with assembly of very complex printed circuit, which has allowed it to be counted among the qualified suppliers of leading Italian companies operating in the industrial, military and avionics fields.
More in detail, in addition to assembly, installation and cabling of electrical panels / appliances, Cilli is able to provide a professional service on electronic medical equipment (sealers and sterilizers), wiring of racks (also wire-wrap), power supplies, electrical and electronic machinery, handsets and headsets.
Cilli also manufactures electrical control panels, providing for the identification of conductors by using a plotter, telate labels, labels with shrink film or marking of tubes.
Thanks to certification for its Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, Cilli is able to perform tests with milliohmetro, stiffness tests and tests of electrical insulation, providing or integrating all the technical documentation with the aid of CAD systems (wiring and functional diagrams, wiring tables and views in assembly), as well as managing the procurement phases.
All the assembled material in fact is inspected according to strict control procedures that provide for:
- the assembly of printed circuit boards: 100% visual inspection of the insertion of components, check the exact polarity and accurate control of welds with optical viewers or micro-camera system
- wiring: 100% keystroke or check connections using automatic test with release of related certification, possible instrumental tests such resistive measures with milliohmetro, capacitive, inductive and insulation test from 0.5 to 4 KV.
